Payments

● Cards accepted only. No cash.
● Holds placed 1 day before cleaning. Charged after service.
● Invoices sent by email.

● Walkthrough after service encouraged.
● Re-clean offered if any areas are missed.
● No walkthrough = guarantee is void.

● Free to cancel with 24+ hours notice.
● $79 fee applies if under 24 hours.

● Flat-rate services have a maximum time cap.
● Additional time is $40/hr with your approval.

● 1–2 hour arrival window to account for traffic and scheduling.

● No ladders over 6′
● No moving heavy appliances
● No screen removal or reinstallation

We will try our best, but some stains and buildup may be permanent.

● Home should be empty and no movers present
● Please move large appliances ahead of time if needed

● Please pick up clutter and remove personal items
● Surfaces must be clear for best results
