How can I book a cleaning?

You can book online 24/7 using the “Book a Cleaning” button on our website. Just fill in your name, phone number, and email to get started.

 It’s up to you! Many of our clients provide secure entry instructions. Just let us know what you’re comfortable with when you book.

We offer Recurring House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Standard Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Home Organization, and provide a detailed Cleaning Checklist. Each service is tailored to your space and needs.

Pricing is customized based on your home or business needs. You’ll see your quote during the booking process no hidden fees!

We’ll do our best to honor cleaner preferences for recurring clients. Simply let us know during booking or by contacting support. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, availability may vary and we can’t guarantee a specific cleaner each visit.

Payment is securely processed at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No cash is accepted.

Absolutely! You can select add-ons like inside the oven, inside the fridge, extra rooms, or blinds when booking. Custom requests can be made by contacting support.

Yes! You can request extras like Inside the Oven, Inside the Fridge, Garage or Patio, Extra Rooms, Pet-Friendly Cleaning, and Interior Windows and Blinds. Add-ons are flat-rate up charges and selected during booking.

We offer Recurring House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Organization, and Custom Cleaning Checklists.

🐾 Pets, Supplies & Policies

Do you clean up pet hair, litter, or accidents?

We do remove pet hair as part of regular cleaning, but excessive buildup may require an extra fee. Cleaning litter boxes, pet waste, or biohazards is not included in standard service and must be pre-approved as an add-on.

 

Yes! Our team arrives with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We also offer eco-friendly options upon request.

For everyone’s safety, we recommend securing pets in a separate room or area during the cleaning. Our cleaners love animals, but we want to prevent accidents or stress to your pet.

 

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.
